We will deduct the original delivery charge AND return charge from any refund that is provided. Please note, we usually make at least 2 attempts to deliver your goods to you, and our couriers will always leave a card for you to contact them on if you are not in. If no contact is made with our couriers about a missed delivery, then the goods will be returned to us forthwith.
