I needed nails but hadn't got a clue… I needed nails but hadn't got a clue which ones, i spoke to a gentleman called Connor that was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at rest. I sent him a picture of my new nail gun, and withinm a couple of minutes i was provided with a link to exactly what i needed. If all online shopping was this easy life would be a much better place!! Good customer service
Good customer service I ordered an axe from here in January and waited ages and eventually cancelled in March to recieve my refund and still had to wait for it. My stars isn't for your service but the service from Cat Hale who dealt with my first enquiring about my order to helping me find out where my refund is. Bessey K Body Clamps Just ordered the Bessey K Body KRE100 1000/95 Quad Pack with free Limited Edition 7 Piece Drill Countersink / Forstner Bit set, which was an excellent deal. I used the chat facility prior to purchasing and was assisted by Jake, who was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I have the cast iron clamps from Bessey, which are excellent for what I use them for, but look forward to using these new clamps as I know they are real quality.
